Join the Georgia Ethics Commission to learn more about the rules and regulations governing ethics reporting requirements for candidates and elected officials.  Senate Bill 199, adopted during the 2025 legislative session, will bring about changes in the Campaign Contribution Disclosure Report filing dates and other filing requirements.

This webinar is for local filing officers and elected officials to gain a better understanding of their responsibilities with the State Ethics Commission.  Elected officials leaving office will also be provided information for terminating their account.
